ReplyDeleteI can tell you that Dollar General does NOT! (They actually hired me on, and set up payroll for me and 1/2 an hour before I was to start, they called and dropped the bomb: "Sorry, we didn't know!"
I was surprised to hear that Fed Ex DOES? Wow!
I have a list of places that do hire ex-felons/ offenders or just do not do background checks at all. The problem with me posting this list publicly is that, these companies will either stop hiring ex-felons/ offenders or start conducting background checks. I am trying to find a safe way to post this list.
ReplyDeleteI am thinking of posting the list describing the company. For example: There is a healthy fast food chain that a very heavy man ate at everyday and lost a ton of weight. They even used this man for their ad campaigns for many years. This place does not do background checks at all and on many of its applications does not even ask about any criminal history.
